“We met w/ Greg for a quote on our Furnace and AC unit. I was impressed at how honest he is. He looked at our furnace and said we don’t need to replace it, its got another 5 years or more in it (10 year old Trane). What a relief! When showing us AC units, he did not try to up sell us , Greg was pretty clear that considering the size of our home we only needed a smaller model. Of all the quotes we received, we liked Reliable the most for the honesty and clarity. One company insisted we get rid of our furnace asap. Even John the owner came by on the day of our AC install and noted it had a lot of life in it yet. We chose a higher end AC unit as we wanted a better Seer rating (Lennox EL16c our choice). Taylor came over to install the unit, very professional, clean and organized. After the install you could not tell he was there. No mess and a tidy job. The owner came by at the end of the install and was very friendly. I liked that he was there to inspect the job and talk to the homeowner. John even swept our floor before he left! I’d give more stars if I could! One of the reasons I am praising them so much, we had negative experiences w/ two other companies who were not as honest nor as professional. Do your research, not all companies are created equal nor have your best interest in mind.”

“Reliable came out and fixed my AC for $1000 less than competitor! They are worth the $99 to come out and double check any competitor’s quote, they were honest and they fixed the problem right away (low coolant and loose caps – as opposed to misdiagnosis of TX valve issue which is $1000s). Would highly recommend.”

“Friendly and informative staff, affordable fees, above and beyond customer service – I am truly a satisfied customer. They saved me the day before Canada Day (massive heatwave) when my A/C stopped working and came at 8:30 pm and fixed the issue in record time. It was a temporary fix as my furnace circuit board needed to be replaced. Ordered in the part for me and came out again in August to do the full repair. Both times, Karl, was amazing. Gave me great advice on how to keep my A/C and furnace working optimally and answered all of my questions in detail.
