COVID-19 is at the top of our minds and continues to be a fundamental factor in our daily business operations. In the interest of transparency, it is essential that we share with you the steps Reliable Home Environment has taken to safeguard our clients and our employees. As we continue to monitor and act on the directions provided by all three levels of government and medical officials, our unconditional priority is the health, safety and wellbeing of all.
Reliable Home Environment has put into effect numerous protocols designed to protect our customers and employees during this unprecedented time. As the situation evolves, Reliable Home Environment will continue to monitor conditions and follow directions set out by the federal, provincial and local governments & respective public health authorities and carry out appropriate actions as required.
Reliable Home Environment has implemented extensive COVID-19 procedures including increased sanitation and cleaning protocols throughout our office, warehouse, vehicles and of course, our customers’ homes. Our team is always equipped with the necessary equipment to ensure safe working procedures and in all locations.
Employees of Reliable Home Environment will institute and follow health and safety protocols including full compliance with all suggested physical distancing, sanitation and self-screening actions and procedures. Our team are pre-screened at the start of each day, including symptom and temperature checks, while we verify with our clients that the homes our employees enter are safe and occupants are symptom-free. No employee will be permitted to work while showing symptoms and will require medical clearance before returning. Prior to entering client’s homes, we will ensure that no one in the location has experienced symptoms in the last 14 days. Should you need or want to reschedule your appointment due to health concerns or risks, we will make every effort to reschedule appropriately.
